Sensei Luis Costa started training Cuong Nhu at Sendai School, on 1990, under the wing of Sensei Renzo D’Ignazio, in the country of Venezuela. He taught the teen’s class for a number of years. He was promoted to the rank of black belt in Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts in 1999 and got his Shodan level in 2018. He was also promoted to Black Belt, Shodan Level, in JKA Shotokan Karate on August, 2018.
Sensei Luis is the founder of the CTX Martial Arts Training Program, Certified CNOMMA Instructor and he owns a graphics/web design and software developer company that helps Martial Arts organizations, events, tournaments and competitions, all with the vision to take the sport of Martial Arts to the next level.
He is also the co-creator of the well known Martial Arts registration and score keeping system DIGITEGO.
Sensei Luis also has won multiple tournaments and championships, as underbelt and black belt, nationally as well as internationally.
